New TP Changes

We feel that users aren't receiving TP quickly enough so we've modified the algorithm. Here's the new rewards:
5TP - Victory
2TP - Each Kill
1TP - Each Assist
1TP - Each segment of the base you capture.
The changes will be in affect as of your next login.
